Cape Town 365

Attractions

Cape Town is blessed with a wide range of diverse attractions within a small radius of the city. Beaches stretch most of the coastline, lined with restaurants & bars; numerous malls sell local & international brands; the Cape Winelands is only 45mins from the city centre and boasts over 300 wine farms; and of course there is Table Mountain.

Weather

Seasons in Cape Town are the opposite to the Northern Hemisphere, with summer running from October – March when temperatures can reach 32ºC and winter from May – August when there is lots of rain and temperatures as low as 10ºC. It is also known for the strong South Easter that blows during the summer months – great for water sport enthusiasts!

Budget

South Africa’s weak currency makes a stay in Cape Town very affordable for most international guests. A lunch time meal of world-renowned sushi can be had for around $15 per person, and a good bottle of wine from the cellar door will be about $5. Uber operates throughout the city & surrounds and cost around $7 for a 20 minute journey.
