Firstly, thank you for all your help last year. We had the most fantastic holiday. I will forward some pictures because We are not sure, but the pictures we saw of the villa in advance did not do it justice. We were very happy when we walked in. Negative Feedback: Welcome Pack - with first timers some more local guidance would be appreciated. Tips like ATMS, local shopping, sourcing bread, fish. Basically how it all works and what to expect and not to expect. We had some fantastic experiences that will add to dinner party stories. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the owners of the villa, it was a real privilege to stay in such a lovely place. Johnny and Veronica - were fabulous and so helpful, gutting fish, slaughtering chickens and preparing them, day out on the dhow, keeping the villa in pristine condition. Position - amazing to be so close to the water. Dhow - what a great day out. We loved every minute. Local shopping - finding muscles, fish and calamari from the local fishermen was such fun. Johnny was an enormous help. The area is for the adventurous. We believe we made the right decision on hiring a Hilux 4x4. If we had not then we would have been stranded with no food etc. Also, as it rained for almost 2 days we would have battled to get through all the water on the road. Ideal for families, we were very happy to allow the kids to go down to the beach on their own as there was no current, shallow, and warm water. We have passed on your details and will have no hesitation in passing them onto anyone else who may have an interest in going to the same place. (Although, I am tempted to down play everything and reserve it for us!!!). Once again, many thanks, it was brilliant. Kind regards, Matthew
