You have the right to opt-in and opt-out of receiving these newsletters. The option to subscribe is available on our website while the unsubscribe feature is available in the newsletter. f) If you enter any competitions or promotions or complete Safari365 surveys we may collect your contact details. We will rely on your consent or on pursuing our legitimate interests (depending on whether we are marketing or carrying out market research), whilst ensuring that we protect your rights.

g) When you engage with us on social media, we may collect details such as your username in order to respond to any comments or queries. Processing this personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Safari365 done while ensuring your rights are protected.

Photobook Service

h) If you qualify for and accept our complimentary photobook offer we will collect certain personal information. This information includes contact details and a physical address for delivery of the photobook. The photobook will be filled with photos from your trip to Africa. These photos will be chosen, approved, uploaded and provided by you with your consent. With your consent, we may use your photos to promote Africa as a destination.

Processing this personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Safari365 in order to provide you with an added value service and to ensure performance of a contract. We engage in these activities while ensuring your rights are protected.

Administrative and Other Business Purposes

Processing this personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract and to ensure your vital interests are protected.

2.4 If you are sharing personal information with us regarding other travelers under your booking, we ask you to confirm that you have the consent of the relevant parties and that this personal information is accurate.

3. Sharing Personal Information

3.1 In order to fulfill our contract with you and to ensure you receive the expected services, we need to share your personal information when necessary with the following third parties:
a) Selected trusted third party business partners and service providers (such as the local businesses and tour operators we make use of) to fulfill contracts and provide services you have booked through us.

c) Prospective buyers of our business or assets - assets which may include your personal information.

d) Any other third parties if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or enforce agreements.

e) Any other third parties if sharing the information is necessary to protect your rights, our rights, property, or the safety of you or the safety of others.

f) Any third parties operating plugins or content on our website (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) that you choose to interact with.
