South Africa: One of the Best Trips We Have Ever Had!
Charlotte and Albert travelled to South Africa in February 2018 with the help of Safari365 consultant Kelli Liebbrandt. While in South Africa, they experienced the wild thrills of Kruger National Park before travelling to Cape Town to absorb the unique culture as well as to embark on an exhilarating shark cage diving expedition. After several fantastic days, they continued with their onward journey in Mauritius. Charlotte shared the highlights of their trip with us:

It was our first time to South Africa and it was definitely one of the best trips we've ever had!
The safari was full-board so all you need to worry about is showing up and enjoying your trip! We stayed at the Idube Game Reserve Safari Chalets in Sabi Sands Game Reserve for 2 nights. We then travelled from Kruger to Cape Town for another 3 nights where we enjoyed day tours of the peninsula as well as a shark cage diving tour! After this we headed to Mauritius to end off our trip.
If there're any road transfers scheduled for your trip, the drivers will be in touch with your hotel so it's completely worry-free - all that we encountered were professional and the cars are in great condition. The trip is highly flexible & customizable - you just need to communicate ahead of time to make it work.
We travel a lot, however, this is the first time we planned a trip with a travel agency. I have always wanted to go on a safari and when I first started looking into available options, I was overwhelmed because there are just so many of them. I submitted a few quotation requests with the same criteria to different travel agencies, and I was impressed by Safari365's prompt & professional response but still wanted to shop around. However, after speaking with a Travel Specialist from Safari365 and seeing the customized preliminary itinerary, I knew that Safari365 would be my choice.
Within a few hours after I submitted my quotation request to Safari365, I was assigned Kelli Leibbrandt as my consultant. My time zone is 6 hours ahead of where Kelli is and with my busy work schedule, every time we spoke, we had to jump on a call close to the end of Kelli's office hours. Despite that, she was very patient and explained everything that I was unsure of to me clearly - I really appreciate her help on that. A day later I got my customized preliminary itinerary from Kelli and I was really happy with it already, but because we are so excited to see everything with a very limited time (our trip was only 10 days), we changed the itinerary a few times before we finalized it. Kelli was very helpful all along! Safari365 has access to a lot of reputable vendors that you might not know of and this is where I value a lot as an independent customer.
All in all, every dollar we spent on this trip was worth it and I would recommend this place to all my friends & family. I will definitely pick Safari365 again for my next African Adventure as well. Now I'm looking forward to receiving my complimentary photo book from Safari365!!!
